Philanthropy is a cornerstone of a thriving community. And the Members of Superstition Mountain exercise their philanthropic contributions in myriad ways through the Superstition Mountain Foundation.
Formed in 2003, the Superstition Mountain Foundation was created by Members to be an instrument for contributing to the continued improvement of the greater East Valley community. The Foundation targets charitable causes, especially the needs of at-risk youth, underprivileged families, and senior citizens. The foundation has also helped to organize participation in special events, such as Rally for a Cure.
Donation decisions are guided by an advisory committee of Club Members, and all Club Members are encouraged to bring needy charities to the attention of the Foundation.
The Superstition Mountain Foundation raises funds through golf, tennis, bridge, and poker tournaments, and also hosts a, Luxury Home Tour, in December that welcomes the entire community and is available to the public.
The Superstition Mountain Foundation has been a valuable partner to Habitat for Humanity Valley of the Sun … We look forward to expanding our relationship as we begin to build in Apache Junction.
