At Superstition Mountain Golf and Country Club our Sports Club offers four different yoga classes.
In this class you will practice breathe control and meditation together. Each week is different, with a variety of meditation focuses and techniques, from chanting to energy center (chakra) balancing to guided visualizations.
In this class you will work on movement, strength, balance, stretching and relaxation. Designed to appeal to a wide variety of fitness ability, participants are given movement options and are encouraged to modify as necessary for their bodies.
Is a slow-paced style of yoga, incorporating principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, with postures that are held for longer periods of time. It targets the connective tissues increasing circulations in the joints and improving flexibility.
This class is where breath unites with movement through a series of poses increasing strength, balance and flexibility. No matter which class you choose, yoga is a great way to strengthen your body, focus your mind and relax your spirit.
