Grilled Vidalia Onion Cheeseburger

There are few things more American, or more satisfying, than a juicy hamburger. Bobby Flay takes it up a few notches with two types of cheese, grilled Vidalia Onions and a homemade horseradish mustard.

Patriotic Pavlova
4th_of_July_Dessert

You can’t go wrong with the classic American Flag cake, but if you want to surprise your family and/or guests with an elevated dessert, look no farther than the pavlova. Crispy on the outside, with a sweet marshmallow-y center, the pavlova is a perfect base for a heaping pile of vanilla cream and fresh berries.
