Design Review Guidelines

The Design Guidelines have been completely reviewed, amended and approved by the board. In addition, a Landscape Subcommittee has been established to review landscape plans. 

The revised guidelines are available below. Some major changes include the following:

  • Design Review Fee has increased to cover the cost of the Landscape Consultant
  • Landscape plan is required with Preliminary Submittal
  • Construction Deposit has increased from $20,000 to $30,000
  • Owner is required to attend Conceptual and Pre-construction Meetings

Maps, Master Grading and Drainage Plans
Residents may request copies of maps of individual lots from the Owners Association. Copies are also available of the master grading and drainage plans for each Village.
Please note that plat maps and site plans are provided for informational purposes only. All owners, potential owners, and their agents should verify the information contained therein with Pinal County, to the satisfaction of the buyer, owner or owner's agent.
