Playable Courses
Superstition Mountain provides two Jack Nicklaus designed golf courses, suitable for golfers of all skill levels. The Prospector Course features wide fairways and fast green speeds, perfect for golfers of all abilities, even the pros. Our links-style desert course, Lost Gold, features generous fairways and a greater shot value than the Prospector Course due to slightly smaller greens and strategic bunker placements. Both courses make up 36 holes that are intended to be inviting, yet challenging, for all players.

Unlike many other courses in the Valley, both the Prospector and Lost Gold feature rare wall-to-wall turf, making a total of 180 acres of grass on the two tracks. Superstition strives to be a good steward to the environment and maintains these large landscapes using a state-of-the-art weather station to measure rainfall, humidity and other weather data that helps determine the proper amount of irrigation water to put on the course and avoid wasting water.
Course Variety
Superstition Mountain has incorporated several things to ensure all golfers, regardless of age or skill level, can have a great experience on the course. Both signature courses have a course-within-a-course, giving golfers the option for shorter play. Claim Jumper, the par-3 course, is located on Prospector and the executive par-62 course, Pyrite, is available on Lost Gold. Superstition also offers six different tee boxes labeled by color, allowing for a more relaxed rather than competitive style of play. These various course options allow golfers of all ages and skill levels a great experience on outstanding golf courses.
