Zach is a certified Golf Digest trainer and has gone through Titleist Performance Institute education to gain a deeper understanding of what type of training and fitness is most important for golfers and why. Throughout his career, Zach has worked with pro golfers at every tour level and helped players of all ages and skill levels move better, feel stronger and perform at their peak. His training philosophy is rooted in consistency, patience, grit, competitiveness and critical thinking.

One thing Zach consistently tells his clients is that one of the most impactful — yet often overlooked — aspects of golf fitness is strength training. While it may not be the first thing that comes to mind when thinking about improving your game, targeted strength work is essential for enhancing overall performance. Contrary to popular belief, it’s not about building bulky muscles. Instead, proper strength training develops stability, mobility, and power. It’s about improving balance, endurance and swing efficiency for golfers of all ages and abilities, even those newer to fitness.

Below, we’ve curated a selection of insightful blogs featuring tips from Zach and our fitness team to help you stay in (or get into) peak condition and elevate your performance on the course.
