Waste Management ScheduleOur waste management service provider is Right Away Disposal (RAD), 480.983.9100. Once a week pickup for both regular and recycle waste is included in your assessment payment. Additional services are available at the owner's expense.
Regular Service
Trash and recycle pickup occurs every Friday; please have your cans to the curb by 6:00 a.m. on pick up days.
Additional trash receptacles may be purchased at $7.00 per month, billed directly to the resident on a quarterly basis. Should you require more than one recycle or trash can, please contact RAD directly.
Holiday Service
RAD recognizes four national holidays. The following holidays will affect service by delaying pickup from Friday to Saturday.
- New Years
- Independence Day
- Thanksgiving
- Christmas
Bulk Pick Up
RAD offers once-a-month bulk pickup on the last Wednesday of each month (Thursdays on most holiday weeks) at no additional charge, but you must call 24 hours in advance to schedule this service, and to receive instructions on how to prepare your bulk items for pick up.

Street sweeping is provided by Sunstate Sweeping on a monthly or bi-monthly schedule.

Postal Service
You may send outgoing mail from your mailbox when you follow this simple plan.
Hang your mail flag on the front of your mailbox, and place your mail inside. Please do not put any mail on the outside of the box. When the mail has been picked up, reverse the flag to hang inside the box, or lay it inside the box until needed again. The flag should only be displayed when you have mail to be picked up.
