Custom Homes

• One custom home submittal. 
• Two custom home additions, 
• One Site Exhibit review.
• One conceptual Meeting. 
• Three Homes Completed Return of Deposit
• Seventeen in progress.

Small Projects 

• Two variance requests with small projects
• Six Remodels or Additions under construction
• Two Small Projects approved for completion; return of deposit
