The SMOA Design Review Committee holds monthly meetings at the Carriage House, located at 3977 S. Superstition Mountain Drive. The 2025 meeting schedule for the Design Review Committee is as follows. All dates shown are Mondays and are typically the fourth Monday of each month. Please check back prior to each meeting, as meeting dates may change.
- May 19 @ 8:30 am. – Meeting Day (moved up one week to accommodate holidays)
- May 5 by 5:00 pm – Submittal Day
- June 23 @ 8:30 am. – Meeting Day
- June 9 by 5:00 pm – Submittal Day
- July 28 @ 8:30 am. – Meeting Day
- July 14 by 5:00 pm – Submittal Day
- August 25 @ 8:30 am. – Meeting Day
- August 11 by 5:00 pm – Submittal Day
- September 29 @ 8:30 am. – Meeting Day
- September 15 by 5:00 pm – Submittal Day
- October 27 @ 8:30 am. – Meeting Day
- October 13 by 5:00 pm – Submittal Day
- November 24 @ 8:30 am. – Meeting Day
- November 10 by 5:00 pm – Submittal Day
- December 22 @ 8:30 am. – Meeting Day

All submittals need to be delivered to the Association offices no less than two weeks prior to the scheduled meeting. Materials delivered less than two weeks prior will be placed on the following month's agenda.
