The SMOA Design Review Committee holds monthly meetings at the Carriage House, located at 3977 S. Superstition Mountain Drive. 

The next meeting is scheduled to be held on Monday, March 23, 2026, at 8:30 a.m.

2026 Design Review Meeting Dates  

The 2026 meeting schedule for the Design Review Committee is as follows. All dates shown are typically the fourth Monday of each month. Please check back prior to each meeting, as meeting dates may change.  Also, take note of the changes in red.

    • March 23 @ 8:30 am - Meeting Day
      • March 9 @ 5:00 pm - Submittal Day
    • April 20 @ 8:30 am - Meeting Day
      • April 6 @ 5:00 pm - Submittal Day
      • This meeting and submittal deadline are moved up one week
    • May 18 @ 8:30 am - Meeting Day
      • May 4 @ 5:00 pm - Submittal Day
      • This meeting and submittal deadline are moved up one week.

All submittals need to be delivered to the Association offices no less than two weeks prior to the scheduled meeting. Materials delivered less than two weeks prior will be placed on the following month's agenda.
