The SMOA Design Review Committee holds monthly meetings at the Carriage House, located at 3977 S. Superstition Mountain Drive. The next meeting will be held on Monday, October 28, 2024, at 8:30 a.m. The agenda for that meeting will be made available during the prior week.

Future Meetings

The 2024 meeting schedule for the Design Review Committee is as follows. All dates shown are Mondays and are typically the fourth Monday of each month. Please check back prior to each meeting, as meeting dates may change.

Note that all Submissions are subject to the updated Design Review Fees.

2024 Design Review Meeting Dates:

October 28

Submittal deadline: October 14th by close of Business

November 25

Submittal deadline: November 11th by close of Business

December 23

Submittal deadline: December 9nd by close of Business

All submittals need to be delivered to the Association offices no less than two weeks prior to the scheduled meeting. Materials delivered less than two weeks prior will be placed on the following month's agenda.
