This information is designed to help you become familiar with your community and to assist in your overall understanding of the services provided by the Superstition Mountain Owners Association. There are a wide variety of topics at left that you can choose from to familiarize yourself with the community offerings and policies.
Your association dues provide for 24/7 gate access and security patrol, yearly lifestyle events, garbage and recycling services, and the maintenance, improvement, and preservation of the common areas and private streets. The Association also administers the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs) for Superstition Mountain that authorize the creation of the Design Guidelines for Custom Homes. The Design Guidelines are established to promote neighborhood compatibility and provide controls to ensure compliance.
The Covenants and Design Guidelines are contained within the Superstition Mountain information that you received prior to the close of escrow. When possible, take a few moments to review this very important information.

The Master Association Assessments are $936.00 per quarter for 2024. You will receive quarterly statements in advance of the due dates of January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1. Owners in the Benefitted Villages pay an additional assessment, which varies by Village.

- National Firefighters Memorial Day, May 6-7 (sunrise until sunset)
- Peace Officers Memorial Day, May 15th (sunrise until sunset)
- Memorial Day, last Monday in May (sunrise until NOON)
- Korean War Veterans Armistice Day, July 27 (sunrise until sunset)
- Patriot Day, September 11 (sunrise until sunset)
- Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day, December 7th (sunrise to sunset)
Other occasions are as ordered by the President of the United States or the governor of Arizona.
